This morning's weigh-in shows a 1/2 pound loss. I'm OK with that! I was going to do eggs but decided on oatmeal again but instead of blueberries I microwaved a cup of diced apples with Splenda and cinnamon and poured it over my oatmeal. Oh that was good! Lunch was left-over spaghetti with meatballs. I made 45 Fiber One haystacks since my son was at daycare and for dinner I made Beef and Broccoli stir fry and served it over rice. This is the 3rd dish that my wife and I agree on and will make in the future.
